This self-paced online course covers essential food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene. Students learn safe food handling, temperature control, cross-contamination prevention, cleaning/sanitizing, and personal hygiene for all food environments. This program does not require approval by the registrar of the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Post Secondary Education and Future Skills. As such, the registrar did not review this program.
