Course overview

This self-paced online Fundamentals of Nursing Pharmacology course covers safe medication administration for nurses. It explores drug classifications, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, adverse effects, and nursing responsibilities. Focusing on patient safety and dosage calculations, it prepares learners for medication management in BC healthcare settings. This program does not require approval by the registrar of the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of the Ministry of Post Secondary Education and Future Skills. As such, the registrar did not review this program.
